convenient central stay
central location breakfast service coffee selection
i found the hotel's location really convenient it was just a short walk to marienplatz and several metro stations. breakfast was a definite highlight i especially enjoyed the coffee selection and the fresh orange juice machine. i also liked that i could get coffee or water anytime from the breakfast room which was a nice bonus.
the immediate area around the hotel wasn't the most attractive but it didn't bother me much.

my standard double room had comfortable beds and a modern feel. the room seemed bigger than i anticipated and was also very clean. it included convenient amenities such as a hot water appliance and free drinks in the fridge including seltzer water beer and apple juice

the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to attractions. i could easily access the hotel via the lufthansa express bus from the airport for 12 euros. the bus dropped me off at the city center and then i walked approximately 15 minutes to the hotel

spacious room clean room free minibar
The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast provided a wonderful variety of options each morning. I especially appreciated the free minibar with drinks included and enjoyed my time exploring nearby attractions. It was easy to access transportation and get around the city.
I found the street outside was noisy at certain times during the day. The noise sometimes disrupted the quiet I expected in the room. This was a minor inconvenience .

the location is central and convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
the bathroom fan ran constantly throughout the night it was quite disruptive the sink drain was also slow the tissue dispenser was broken as well it fell apart several times.

good location direct train friendly staff
the location were amazing. the breakfast were good. the staff were very friendly. i appreciate the direct train line from the airport. main train station were also near. tour pick up location were all within 10 min. hotel is good.
during my visit, the room lack storage for clothes. it was tight with nearly no room to store clothes. we lived out of our suitcases for a week. the room facilities function well.

The provided drinks in the fridge was a welcome bonus. It had seltzer water, beer, and apple juice. Breakfast included plentiful options. I saw eggs, sausage, cheeses, and pastries. The location is near a metro stop, I found it convenient.

early knock do not disturb sign
The location was super. Breakfast included a good variety of options.
The cleaners disturbed us early. They knocked loudly at 8am even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. I was unhappy with that and complained at the front desk. They apologized. Hopefully they tell the cleaners what the sign means.
